PFR Agency offers urgent registration of old-style Russian passports for all citizens of the Russian Federation who temporarily or permanently reside in the United States and Canada for a period of 5 years

Documents can be submitted and received at the PFR Agency office, as well as by mail. Available options for urgent registration of old-style international passports (for a period of 5 years) for adults and children over 14 years old if there is a valid internal passport.
Registration is made according to working days of the Russian Federation. Please allow 2-3 days for sending your documents.

LIST of DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION of a NEW foreign PASSPORT for ADULTS AND CHILDREN from 14 to 18 years :
1 part – you must provide us in the original by mail or in person at the office :
The original of the current internal passport of the Russian Federation (for marking the issue of an international passport, will be returned to You along with a new passport);
Original of the previous passport, if you change your last name;
Personal check/money order/cashier check, PayPal, Zelle, Money transfer with payment (including return shipping* if you want to receive the completed documents by mail) to the name of PFR Agency.
Part 2-must be sent in electronic form to our mail :
Completed application form for an old-style passport;
One photo in electronic form, in color, of the passport applicant;
A copy of the previous passport (main page with photo);
A copy of the current internal passport of the Russian Federation (the main page and the page with registration); all pages with stamps about the change, such as marriage or passports that were issued before.
If you have changed your name, you need copies of documents confirming each change of name.
A copy of the current internal passport of the Russian Federation of one of the parents, if the passport is issued to a minor (under 18 years).
👉 Important : the system automatically writes the first and last name in Latin in the passport according to the current transliteration adopted by the Ministry of internal Affairs of RUSSIA. When a new passport is ready, we inform the customer about its readiness by providing a copy of the new passport in electronic form and inform the delivery time. Additionally, a DHL tracking number is provided for tracking the receipt. We send the completed documents by DHL with the option “DSR-Direct Signature Required”.
