5. Fees and Payment
All fees for our services are clearly outlined on our website or provided to you directly before confirming your request. The total fees include both our service charge and any consular fees required for passport processing. Payment is required in full before we begin processing your application. We accept various payment methods as listed on our website, and all transactions are securely processed. Please note that any fees paid to us do not guarantee the issuance of a passport, as this is ultimately at the discretion of the Russian consulate. It is your responsibility to ensure that all payment details are accurate. If your payment is declined or fails, we will not be able to start your application until full payment is received.
5.1 Refund Policy
Once we have started working on your application, all payments are considered final, and no refunds will be issued, except in cases where a service error has occurred on our end. If your application is rejected by the consulate due to inaccurate information or missing documentation that you provided, no refund will be given. However, in cases where we are at fault—such as miscommunication or failure to submit documents properly—we will review the situation and may offer a partial refund at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
