LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION OF A NEW FOREIGN PASSPORT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
CHILDREN UNDER 14 YEARS OF AGE :
1 part — you must provide us in the original by mail or at the office of PFR Agency in person :
Original Russian birth certificate or international certificate legalized at the Consulate for use in the Russian Federation (with a stamp of citizenship). If Russian citizenship was not issued, we will help you to issue it.
The original of the child’s previous passport (if replaced).
Personal check/money order/cashier check, PayPal, Zelle, Money transfer with payment (including return shipping, if you want to receive completed documents by mail) to the name of PFR Agency.
Part 2-must be sent in electronic form to our mail :
One photo in electronic form, in color
A copy of the previous passport
If the child has had a change of name/surname, copies of documents confirming the change of surname are required
Copies of a valid internal passport of one of the parents (main page with photo and page with registration)
If the parent had a change of last name, then copies of supporting documents for each change of last name
👉 Important : the system automatically writes the first and last name in Latin in the passport according to the current transliteration adopted by the Ministry of internal Affairs of RUSSIA . If If you need a specific transliteration (so that the spelling matches Your foreign documents), you must provide copies of at least 2 (two) international documents with the required spelling. Please note that specific transliteration on request is not always possible. Please specify whether your request can be fulfilled when submitting documents individually.
When a new passport is ready, we inform the customer about its readiness by providing a copy of the new passport in electronic form and inform the delivery time.
⚠️ Attention : postage fee for sending completed documents in the amount of 300$ are paid in addition to the amount of Your order. If you need more urgent delivery (overnight, priority overnight) or Saturday delivery, let us know. We will let you know the exact cost for your delivery address.
